Bloody hell, $3400? That's barely enough for a good weekend in the city. No wonder he ran off to Tonga.
typical, they'd rather spend on PR campaigns than actual policing.
How does a hitman end up on the run in Tonga? Did he miss his flight to Mexico?
Tonga's safe. He'll get caught cos everyone knows everyone. Just a matter of time.
My heart goes out to the son. Can't imagine losing your dad like that, and then the murderer just vanishes. Hope they catch him.
Tonga's pretty small, he'll be found soon enough. Probably hiding out with some relatives.

$3400 reward? Inflation's hit everything, even bounties. Used to be you'd get a solid 10k for a murder suspect.
with that attitude you could buy a pie and a Coke after finding him. Not worth the effort.
ffs police, get it together. A hitman on the loose and you offer pocket change? No wonder no one's talking.
says the guy who can't even find his car keys.
Tonga's beautiful this time of year, shame it's for hiding from the law. He'll probably be sipping cocktails on a beach while we pay taxes.
He'll be sipping coconuts while the cops are sipping cold tea. Useless.
This is so sad. That family's been through enough, now they're reliving it on the news. Prayers for them.
Hope they actually put some effort in this time. Last time they couldn't find a bloke in a shed.
Facts. Last time they spent a week looking for a stolen lawnmower.
If I was hiding in Tonga, I'd be more worried about the kava hangover than the cops.
