farkin insurance companies are a bloody scam, charging us an arm and a leg then denying claims left right and centre. cut costs? yeah nah just ditch em and self-insure ya dumb muppets
Switched to a smaller provider last year, saved like $600 on contents insurance. Just gotta shop around ppl
excess is the killer though, if you actually need to claim you're still rooted lol
yeah i increased my excess to $1000, worth the risk tbh
I work in insurance and honestly most people just don't read their policies. half the complaints are 'i thought i was covered for X' and you weren't. read the fine print ffs
facts, read the pds or shut up. half our claims get knocked back cos ppl can't read 🤦♂️

Yeah nah I'll just stick with my bank, cbf dealing with all that. probably paying too much but whatever
deadset, same boat. too lazy to change, rather just whinge 😂
bullshit article, insurance is a necessity and they know it. 'cutting costs' just means people are going without and praying nothing happens. fken hopeless
Me: reads article on cutting insurance costs Also me: spends $500 on takeout this month 💀
fd off with ur avocado toast, some of us have actual bills mate
Our neighbour saved on car insurance by switching to a pay-ks type thing, but they track your driving. dunno if i'd want big brother watching me speed 😅
mate they already know where you are, may as well save a few bucks
