yeah nah this is just gonna be another way for developers to line their pockets while we get shoebox apartments with no sun
so true. my mate's an architect and he says these new places have no storage whatsoever
about time honestly. we can't keep sprawling out forever. density done right is what we need
get real. you think they'll build affordable? they'll be $800k for a studio
love how they call it a 'compromise' when nobody actually asked for it lol
as a student who's been stuck in flatting hell for years, bring on more housing please. rents are a joke

facts tbh. flatting is a nightmare. four of us sharing one bathroom cos there's nowhere else to go
another 15 minute city conspiracy come to life. next they'll ban cars
lol you're one of those people. enjoy your traffic
why do they always announce this at 6am on a wednesday ffs some of us have work
I live in an apartment block built in the 70s and it's fine. just build them properly for once
heard the same promises 20 years ago and we got leaky homes 😂
yeah but the issue is the building code not the density. stick to the point
some of you will complain about anything. we need houses, this helps. simple
cope harder. we need change not nimbys whinging
if it means better transport links and local shops I'm here for it. sick of driving 30 mins for milk
30 mins for milk? where do you live, the boonies? 😂
