finally some density near the train lines. sick of living in a sprawling car-dependent mess
exactly. watch the affordable housing 'requirement' get waived for every single project
spotted the property developer's account ^
watch property developers rub their hands together. this is just a giveaway to mates
yes! more homes, less sprawl. about time the council grew a spine
10-15 storeys in my suburb? nah get stuffed. we don't have the infrastructure
as long as they actually build the rapid transit to go with it. tired of waiting for buses that never show

same here, mate. 20 mins late every day. if they want density they gotta fix the buses first
lol so the same council that can't fix potholes is gonna approve 15-storey buildings. what could go wrong
council can't even keep the water pipes working. but sure, add 10,000 more people to the grid
six storeys near town centres is nothing. try Tokyo or London. wtf is nz so scared of height
bet the nimbys are already forming a facebook group. *insert shocked pikachu*
nimbys? we just don't want our suburb turned into a concrete jungle. what's wrong with that
yeah easy to say when u don't live next to a construction site for 5 years. piss off
lol imagine thinking more housing supply is bad. keep renting then champ
construction noise beats living in a shoebox rental for $700/week. cope
