ffs another excuse to jack up the price of a pie. inflation my arse.
lol cope. maybe if you stop buying overpriced pies you'd save a few bucks?
but it's not as bad as they predicted? only 4.1% instead of 4.9%... that's a win right?
yeah but that's not really 'lower than expected' when they just changed the goalposts
cool cool cool. rent's going up again next month. thanks Jacinda... wait she's gone. thanks no one.
what's really driving it? greed. pure greed. look at the supermarket duopoly.

media always downplays the real number. my grocery bill went up 15% not 4%. joke.
facts, same here. meat alone went up like $5 a kilo.
tbh I'm just trying to figure out if I can still afford avocado toast or if that's a boomer myth now
yeah nah get stuffed. every time they say 'lower than expected' it's still higher than my pay rise.
get stuffed lol. a pie is the only joy I have left in this economy.
honest question: what can we actually do about it? feels like we're just along for the ride 😅
move to Australia apparently? that's what everyone keeps telling me
The front page? more like the front load of crap. same old stories, same old excuses.
vote with your wallet they said... yeah right my wallet's empty now
more like vote with your fork... at the supermarket self-checkout
haha too true. my wallet's running on fumes
