If you’re renting in Auckland, you might not know that your landlord has to install insulation that meets the 2019 standards by July 2024. I only found out when my mate’s place got checked. Also, they need to provide a statement of the insulation type and location in your tenancy agreement. Really handy to know if you’re dealing with a damp flat!
