oh great, another excuse to hike fares... ACC costs go up, guess who's paying? 🙄
I dunno, I've been taking the bus for years and never had an issue. People need to learn how to hold on lol
get stuffed. you try standing when the driver's doing 50 over speed bumps
still safer than cars my arse. nearly went through the windscreen last week when the driver slammed the brakes. sick of it.
bloody clickbait from Newstalk ZB again. ACC data? pfft. show me the raw numbers.
exactly. NZ media loves to cherry-pick stats to make us scared of everything

as a student who relies on the bus this is actually terrifying. but what other option do we have? can't afford a car
been driving for 20 years, never claimed. sounds like a skill issue tbh. learn to read the road.
yeah but we can't all drive. some of us got no choice
7.8 million? that's nothing compared to car claims. typical scare reporting without context.
facts. this thread is full of commons sense for once
maybe if the roads weren't crap and drivers weren't overworked... but nah just blame the passengers
well maybe fix the roads first? just a thought
