Ah yes, the great non-executive director pay gap crisis. Meanwhile the rest of us are lucky to get a 2% raise. 🙄
yep, my thoughts exactly. gravy train never ends
Good to see progress but let's be real, board chairs are still raking it in while workers struggle. Typical.
0.5% gap is basically nothing. Maybe we should worry about the actual execs who get millions in bonuses instead.
it's peanuts compared to the real problem
lol cope, they're still overpaid whatever gender

my mate's mum is a non-exec director and she says they hardly do anything. overpaid dinner ladies
So the gap fell because men got paid less? Or women got paid more? Would be nice to see the actual numbers instead of spin.
It's both – they redistributed some pay but it's still a drop in the ocean. Not the win they think it is.
yeah nah get stuffed, it's still a step forward whether you like it or not
ffs, who cares about board chair pay when we have a cost of living crisis? This country has its priorities backwards.
Next they'll tell us the gender pay gap is solved because the top 0.1% are now equal. Meanwhile my wife still earns less than me for the same job.
mate, same. It's a joke.
Honestly, any progress is progress. But let's not pat ourselves on the back too hard, still a long way to go across the board.
about bloody time. now do the real workers
Just another survey to make themselves feel good. Show me the gender pay gap for nurses and teachers, then we'll talk.
preach. nurses are the real heroes and they get paid crap
