Exactly. Governance fail from top to bottom. But they'll just blame it on COVID or lack of funding.

I've had similar run-ins with Whangārei ED. Took my kid in with a broken arm and they said it was just a sprain. Had to go private to get it sorted.
that's nothing compared to this. This kid could have died cos they were too lazy to do a scan.
