literally had a tenant threaten to 'burn the house down' over a bond dispute. some people are unhinged.
I wanna know what the dispute was actually about. sometimes landlords are dodgy too. not saying blackmail is ok but... there's always two sides
fair point but still doesn't justify threatening someone's life over it. courts got it right imo
