honestly if you bought at peak and can't handle the heat get out of the kitchen. property isn't a guaranteed win forever
exactly. if you can't take the heat build a bonfire
lol @ 'hold on'... they just want to keep the Ponzi scheme going. let it crash, let people buy homes ffs
Ponzi? It's called a market you clown. People need homes
we been through this before. market cycles. if you can't stomach a 20% drop you shouldn't have leveraged your house for a rental
But what about the widows and orphans who invested their life savings? Should they just cop it? Not everyone can time the market

homes yes. investment vehicles no. stay mad
oh here we go with the heartstrings. boomers bought in 1985 for a pineapple and now cry because their 'investment' might drop. get over yourselves
sitting tight with my three rentals. positive cash flow still. but yeah if you bought on negative gear hoping for capital gains you're toast
cope harder landlord. maybe sell your flat white fund
maybe if interest rates drop back to 2% again we'll see spring back. but that's a big if. *sips coffee*
as a student, watching you landlords squirm is my new favourite sport. tutor me on economics pls
look I get people are hurting but maybe we don't need to gloat? some people are genuinely stressed
love how you try to play nice while your kind prices me out of a flat. spare me 😂
wait til the forced selling starts. that's when the real bargains appear. 🤔
give it 5 years they'll be back. property never goes down forever
