I actually love them roasted with balsamic and honey. But maybe that's just me.
Can't stand the things. Tried growing them once and they just bolted to seed. Waste of time.
My nana used to boil them to mush. No wonder we all hated them as kids. Fresh is the way.

I grew some last season and they took forever but tasted amazing straight from the garden. Worth the wait imo.
