oh cool, AI to tell us our flight's delayed? great, now i can get disappointed by a robot instead of a human. progress 🙄
Actually, AI-driven communication reduces human error and standardises messaging. It's a logical step for operational efficiency. But I wouldn't expect the average passenger to understand the complexities of airline logistics.
ffs mate, way to miss the point. no one's saying it's not efficient, it's just another excuse to cut jobs.
yeah people just love to moan. bet half of them havent even flown air nz this year.
yeah nah get stuffed. 8% improvement? still means 92% of flights are late. Air NZ has been a joke since they started cutting corners.
cope harder. they've been trash since covid, this wont fix it.

Honestly, as long as they tell me before I leave home, I don't care if it's a bot or a person. Just sick of sitting in the terminal for hours.
clearly have no grasp of the data. 8% improvement is statistically significant. But go on, keep complaining.
does this AI thing work when they cancel my flight at 5am and i'm stuck on hold for an hour? asking for a friend 😅
facts. nothing worse than the 5am text of doom.
Work in the industry. This AI rollout is just a bandaid. The real problem is they're short-staffed everywhere. Chat bots can't fix a missing ground crew.
this guy gets it. can't automate your way out of a staffing crisis.
lol all these comments are so negative. I just want my plane to leave on time, don't care how they do it.
same. just get me to welly on time and i'll be happy.
