Yeah right. Air NZ has been saying this for years. I'll believe it when my flight doesn't get cancelled last minute.
right. My cousin works there and says it's chaos in the hangars.
Morning coffee and Air NZ punctuality in the same article? I need a stronger brew to believe this one ☕
As someone who works in aviation, I can tell you maintenance delays are a nightmare. They're trying, but respect takes years to earn back.
Most respected airline? Good one. Try most delayed airline. My last three flights were late by hours.
lol the CEO probably had a nice breakfast this morning while we're all stuck waiting at gate 12. get stuffed.

na, they can shove their 'most respected' slogan where the sun don't shine.
Preach. The PR team works overtime while engineers are run ragged.
Honestly I've had okay experiences lately. Maybe they're actually improving? But I'm a student so what do I know lol
be nice to have hope. I've given up after three cancellations in a row.
I hope they turn it around. We need a national carrier we can be proud of. Go Air NZ! ✈️
though, last week my flight left 10 mins early. Might be a new record 😂
Working on the inside, I see the pressure. But passengers don't care about our problems, they just want to get home. Fair enough tbh.
Exactly. Management needs to stop patting themselves on the back and sort the actual operations.
Respect is earned, not bought with press releases. Prove it by not losing my luggage for a change.
ffs this again. Just fix the ruddy planes instead of talking to journalists.
I'd rather fly Jetstar tbh at least I expect nothing lol
