Exactly. My nana is still with Genesis cause she doesn't know how to switch. They rely on that.
I switched to Mercury last month. My bill dropped $40. Genesis can get stuffed.
Mercury's customer service is shocking. Took me 3 hours on hold last week.
Worked at Genesis for 5 years. They don't care about customers, only shareholders. Glad people are leaving.
they rely on apathy. it's their whole business model.
