ah yes, 'settled' - cos the only thing that's settled is my mortgage rate going up again. what a joke.
facts. my rent went up 50 bucks a week anyway. 'soft' my arse.
lunchtime reading and now I'm depressed. Auckland's always been a rip-off anyway.
soft market? nah mate, greedy landlords still asking 800 a week for a shoebox. get stuffed.
meanwhile in Wellington my mate's place has been on the market for 6 months. 'soft' is generous.
yeah nah his place is a nice house too. just no one's buying cos they can't afford it.

so basically the rest of NZ is fine but our 'two biggest cities' are screwed? cool cool cool.
yeah it's always been the same. boomers got theirs, tough titties for us.
tbh first home buyers are still locked out. doesn't matter if it's 'soft' when banks want 20% deposit.
ppl in this thread really think the market will crash? lol keep dreaming.
lol cope. I've been saving for 5 years and still can't afford a cardboard box in Grey Lynn.
get stuffed mate. interest rates are dropping again soon, just you watch.
