yeah nah, I get why they do it but this is cooked. we're crying out for teachers and then making it impossible for them to actually teach.
as a student I can tell you we need good teachers not more paperwork. let this woman in our classroom ffs

I moved here from the UK with 15 years experience and it took 18 months to get registered. something needs to change
same thing happened to my cousin. it's just admin for the sake of admin at this point
honestly this makes me so sad. she just wants to help our kids and we're making her jump through hoops. shame on the ministry
