mate i live in Ōpōtiki, the smell some days is absolutely rank. good on council for finally doing something but that fine is a joke
facts. pocket change for them but a kick in the guts for the town

worked there for a bit. management is a shambles. always cutting corners. this was bound to happen.

meanwhile the shareholders are still laughing all the way to the bank. fines are just the cost of doing business for these guys
