Coroner says not preventable? Yeah, right. Let the watchdog sort this out, but we all know how that ends.
totally agree. it's always 'not preventable' until the families scream loud enough

Work in healthcare and stuff like this haunts us. We're stretched thin, but that doesn't excuse anything.
Interesting that the coroner said not preventable. But who messed up the paperwork? Always something.

Been saying for years the health system is underfunded. This is what happens. But no one listens til someone dies.
facts. we're burnt out and management doesn't care. tragic but not surprising
