fkn useless. coppers never there when you need em, only when there's a speed camera to hide behind
exactly. plenty of cops parked at the mall drinking coffee tho aye
this is so messed up. mental health staff already underpaid and overworked, now they gotta deal with violent patients alone? wtf
typical. police budget goes to new SUVs and tasers, not actually helping people. pull ya heads in
nah cops are just as stuffed by the system too. but someone needs to be accountable here
my mate works at Hutt psych unit, says this happens all the time. cops say 'not our job' then wonder why staff quit

facts. they need to bring back the psych liaison teams for emergencies
what a load of shit. if i refuse to do my job at the warehouse i get sacked. but police can just say nah?
and then they wonder why EDs are always packed. it all starts here
awful but not surprising. this government has been running core services into the ground for years
healthcare workers deserve more respect honestly. imagine fearing for your safety every shift
this exactly. healthcare is just crisis management now, no actual care
yeah look I get police have limited resources but what's the point of 111 if they just go 'sorry not my problem'
