yeah nah I'm 45 and I can already feel this happening. Used to smash a whole pizza now I'm done after two slices. Getting old is a scam 😂
lol same. I'm 40 and a large Maccas meal feels like a crime now. Wtf happened to us
oh great another article telling me my body is falling apart. cheers for that. I'll be over here with my prune juice thanks
It's so true. My nana said the same thing - she eats like a bird now. But she's 85 and still sharp as a tack so maybe it's fine?
what a load of shit. I'm 63 and I can still out-eat my grandkids after a round of golf. It's about staying active not some 'hormonal shift'
facts. My nana never exercises and she's fine. These 'experts' just wanna sell supplements

get stuffed mate. I work physical job 50 hours a week and I still don't eat like I'm 20. It's not about being lazy
My husband's in his 60s and he's the same. I keep telling him smaller portions but he still loads his plate up and then leaves half. Waste not want not I say!
ffs I'm only 30 and I can't eat like I used to. Is it too late for me? 😅
Interesting article but it feels a bit doomery. Like yeah we lose muscle mass but you can fight it with protein and exercise. Don't just accept it ppl
maybe if you ate better when you were younger you wouldn't be in this mess lol. All those takeaways catch up eventually
no need for that tone. We're all just sharing experiences
chill out grandad 😂 some of us just got fast metabolism ok
