Yeah nah this is just another excuse for the govt to pat themselves on the back while we're all eating two-minute noodles for dinner again. 😤
people keep voting for the same suits who don't give a crap about workers. Wake up mate.
Worst in the world? Sounds about right. My pay rise this year was a whopping 2% and rent went up 15%. Do the math.
So the OECD says we're the worst. But is anyone actually surprised? We've had three years of 'tight labour market' and wages still flat. Maybe if people stopped voting for the same old parties...
'tight labour market' my ass. Employers still holding all the cards.
wait so our wages are actually going backwards compared to everyone else? thats just embarrassing

lol 'wage growth' what wage growth. i work 50 hours a week and im worse off than i was 5 years ago. joke.
straight up, i'm doing the same job for less buying power than 2020. ffs
As a student looking at the job market this is terrifying. How are we supposed to start careers when wages don't keep up with anything?
Don't worry hun, the system is rigged against us. We'll have to tear it all down before anything changes. ✊
This is what happens when you prioritise corporate profits over people! We need a living wage for ALL workers not just some. The system is broken! Time for real change not just empty promises from politicians!
yeah nah get stuffed. we're being taken for a ride.
Yeah but watch the government spin this as 'global headwinds' or whatever. Meanwhile CEO bonuses are going up 20%. Must be nice.
That's cos the system is built to keep the rich rich and the rest of us struggling. Same old story.
