I get up at 6 and I make a proper breakfast. Porridge, fruit, all that. My flatmate who sleeps till noon eats chips for breakfast lol. Not surprised.

I think there's some truth to it. When I wake early I eat better. When I sleep in I just grab whatever. But also, not everyone can change their body clock.
Another study telling us what we already know but people will still argue. Night owls get defensive about their bad habits. Get over it.
