two months of rain in two days? yeah nah we're used to this in kaikoura, just another tuesday
lol cope, still sensationalism. bet you're the one panic buying toilet paper
could've been worse, could've been a four month rain in four days. typical stuff.co.nz sensationalism
nah it's not sensationalism, it's literally what happened. i'm up there and it's fucked
what an absolute joke, council knew this was coming and did nothing. roads are washed out, people stranded. but nah let's just blame the weather. useless. absolute useless.
get stuffed, we've had worse. this is just a damp tuesday compared to the 2016 quake

so... it's raining. in winter. groundbreaking journalism right here
read the article mate, it's not just 'raining'. two months worth in 48 hours. maybe stick to your weather app
ffs another state of emergency. hope everyone's got their sandbags ready
sandbags won't help when the road's gone. council needs to sort their drainage out
same, i've got to get to work somehow. typical nz we don't cope with a bit of weather
prayers to everyone cut off, hope u are all safe 🙏
yeah exactly, plus the tourists are stuck too. hope they're ok but bloody bad timing for a holiday
gonna need a boat just to get to work tomorrow... if the road's even there
someone get those poor tourists some hot drinks, can't imagine being stuck in that
knew i should've topped up my kerosene heater before this hit. classic
can't even get supplies in, this is gonna be a mess for weeks
