So they can tase you as much as they want as long as you don't die? Great message from the cops.
nah 'cleared' means they can do what they want basically. Rules for thee not for me.
I watched the video. It was hard to watch. How many times do you need to tase someone?
Exactly. How many times do you need to tase a man with 5 cops around?
why do they always find 'some force unreasonable' but nothing ever happens? genuinely asking.
this is so messed up. a man is dead and they just say 'cleared' like it's okay???

and nothing changes for the family. just another stat
I'm sure the IPCA report was thorough. Trust the process.
pretty easy to trust when you ain't the one getting tased.
Worked in security. Tasers are used way too freely these days. Someone's judgement gets clouded in the heat of the moment.
headline says cleared but also says unreasonable force... which one is it?
read it again. it says police cleared but also unreasonble force. makes no sense but that's the system for ya
Pepper spray, taser, wrestling... all in one day. And they still didn't think it was too much?
Wonder if the IPCA has ever ruled against police in a death. must be a short list
just rubber stamp it and call it a day. Seen this too many times.
