Bloody hell, another chopper incident in Gisborne? These things are falling out of the sky like leaves. Hope the injured recover but I bet it's pilot error or shoddy maintenance again. Council needs to step up!
Minor injuries? Must not be too bad if they're already calling it minor. But anyway, that file photo looks nothing like the actual helicopter that crashed, classic media.
Hard landing my aye, that's just a nice way of saying crash. Glad everyone's okay though.
it's a crash. Stop being PC with the wording jeez.
ffs why do these always happen in the afternoon? I was about to head out and now I'm stuck refreshing this page. Get it together Gisborne Airport.
Thinking of the injured and the crew. Helicopter pilots do a tough job, much respect. Hope they recover quickly.

my aye, they crashed! Good luck to them but let's call it what it is.
Yeah nah, it's just a hard landing. Happens all the time. No need for the drama, mate.
lol facts, probably got a bump on the head and called it minor.
Two injured and they're still calling it minor? Wait till the full report comes out, bet it's worse than they're saying. Classic underplaying from authorities.
mate, come on, no need to be negative. Accidents happen, be kind.
Drove past the airport earlier, saw the chopper on its side. Doesn't look hard landing to me lol.
it's because of the weather or something. Typical Gisborne winds.
