Another Scrutiny Week, another round of MPs shouting at each other while nothing changes. Feel like I've seen this episode before.
yep, seen it before, will see it again.
oh great, politicians pretending to hold each other accountable for a whole week. then back to business as usual. what a joke.
facts. it's a PR exercise for them.
Honestly, Scrutiny Week is just theatre. The real decisions are made behind closed doors. Wake up people.
nah mate, it's not all bad. at least some questions get asked that they'd rather avoid.

bit harsh guys, I reckon it's good to have some transparency. at least they're being questioned publicly.
get stuffed, the system works exactly how they want it to.
Lol the media always laps this up like it's the Super Bowl of politics. It's just a bunch of suits talking over each other.
fair point but I think we need more of this, not less. let's see them on record.
Can we just scrap Scrutiny Week and get on with actually fixing things? Like housing, healthcare, cost of living...
I dunno, I kinda like watching them squirm. Makes me feel better about my own job tbh.
lol you must be new here. this whole thing is a stage show.
yeah nah this is just a bunch of grandstanding. nothing meaningful ever comes out of it.
The only scrutiny that matters is when we vote them out. but most ppl will just vote the same way cos 'the other guy is worse'
ffs, here we go again. same script, different year.
amen. nothing changes.
