FFS, here we go again. Just another bubble waiting to pop innit. 🙄
yeah nah get stuffed, my rates are fine. all this doomsday stuff is for people who sold in 2020 and missed the run.
As someone who works in finance, this ratio is genuinely concerning. When the cost to rebuild is less than the market cap, you know we're in la-la land. Time to be careful out there.
this but unironically 📈 when in doubt buy the dip ig?
So you're telling me the whole market is overpriced? Nah get outta here, been hearing that for years and my KiwiSaver is still smashing it. Envy from the sidelines lol
lol cope harder mate, no one cares about ur paper gains

article clearly written by someone who’s never had to rebuild a company. paperwork alone would cost half that. media just loves a scare monger
ratio check 📊 wait, so stocks cost more than building the whole company? that's like buying a house for more than it costs to build but with extra steps. feels normal to me tbh, markets r just vibes rn
paperwork vs actual market efficiency - that's not how valuations work. WACC, intangible assets, you can't just ignore IP and brand value. But sure, stay in your lane.
Yeah nah love, the mum and dad investors are gonna get rinsed. Seen it before, same story different decade. Hope everyone's ready for the crash.
Replied to the bubble talk: Actually the dot-com era was different - this time it's concentrated in a few tech giants. But still, when the price-to-rebuild ratio hits these levels, historical precedent says we're due for a correction. Just saying.
I remember saying that in 2007 too. Good luck to you.
Kiwis are just salty they missed the boat. My portfolio is up 20% this year, y'all can keep panicking while I keep stacking. 🚀
replies to above: calling it a bubble doesn't make it one. armchair economists everywhere. get a job.
ok boomer
ratio more like rAtio amirite? anyway im just here for the chaos. buy high sell never 💎🙌
this guy gets it ☝️ markets aren't going anywhere but up
