If you're renting in Auckland and struggling with the bond, remember you can ask for a bond loan from MSD. I did this when I moved flats last year and it saved me stressing about the upfront cost. You just need your tenancy agreement and a bit of ID. They pay the bond directly to Tenancy Services. Also worth noting: your landlord has to lodge the bond within 23 working days – if they don't, you can follow up. Small things that make renting a bit less painful.

This one will land with plenty of people for obvious reasons.. the renting part is what ppl will argue about Auckland group chat is gonna go off. A bit more consistency would go a long way.

As someone just trying to get through the day, this stands out. It would be nice to see a version that is actually simple for people.

anyone working in this space has probably seen this coming. Execution is what will decide whether this helps.

Maybe, but this reads cleaner than real life usually looks.. wait till facebook gets the renting headline Auckland group chat is gonna go off. The details are where these stories usually change shape.
