132k visitors and they're still surprised there's growing pains? 😂 classic. I was there on opening day, absolute chaos trying to get a coffee.
I was in that coffee queue too. Twenty minutes for a flat white, joke.
So they had a record turnout but didn't plan for it? Sounds like typical Kiwi management - fix it next year, yeah right.
facts, my dad had the same problem. said he'd rather watch the youtube highlights next year
Bloody hell, I spent 20 minutes just trying to park. They need to sort out the traffic flow or people will just stop coming.
as a student i think it's kinda cool that so many people are interested in ag, but the infrastructure clearly can't keep up lol
First time going this year, wasn't sure what to expect. Crowded as hell but the new tech displays were neat. Hopefully they sort the space out.
the new tech was worth the wait imo, but yeah parking was a shambles
Always happens - success brings problems. Give the organisers a break, they'll learn from it. Better than having no one show up!
oh wow another apologist. 'give them a break' - we paid good money for a shoddy experience. typical nz
yeah nah get stuffed with that attitude. 132k people and they still can't handle a queue properly. Maybe don't charge so much next year if you can't deliver.
Bet the food trucks made a killing though. I definitely spent too much on a burger because the line for proper food was insane.
fkn oath, the curly fries stand saved my day. worth the 15 minute wait
