From a work point of view, this makes a lot of sense.. The direction is fine, but the rollout will matter more.

this one will land with plenty of people for obvious reasons.. It should not take this much effort for people to feel looked after.
You feel this kind of change immediately when you are out and about. It would be nice to see a version that is actually simple for people.
