Heartbreaking story. Those parents must be going through so much, can't imagine.
Name suppression should be rare and only if there's a real safety risk. Otherwise transparency matters.
I work in healthcare. Sometimes name suppression is needed to protect vulnerable people. Not defending anyone, just saying it's complex.
