name suppression just protects the system, not the patients. hope the parents win this one

can't imagine what the parents are going through, losing a child like that. they deserve transparency
12 years later and still fighting? something's seriously broken in our mental health system
average wait is years for an inquiry, it's a disgrace
as a student who's struggled with mental health, this hits hard. we need accountability
sending love to all those struggling. we need to do better
reading this over lunch break... heartbreaking. why do they keep suppressing names?
because they know they messed up. simple as that
suppression should be rare, not automatic. let the sun shine in
