more expensive cars for the rich, while the rest of us pay for the potholes they don't cause lol
cheers bro. might just go for it then. tired of paying $120 to fill the tank
thinking of getting one but worried about charging on longer trips. anyone done auckland to wellington in an ev?
yeah mate did akl to welli in my model 3. no stress, superchargers everywhere now. just plan your stops.
yeah nah get stuffed, still need to build the infrastructure first. putting the cart before the horse as usual.
we got a leaf last month and honestly loving it. so quiet and cheap to run. perfect for school dropoffs and shopping.

love that for you! we're thinking of getting one next year. the savings on petrol are real.
work at a dealership and can confirm ev sales are up. mostly teslas and mgs. the cheap chinese ones are selling like hotcakes.
still a petrolhead sorry. nothing beats the sound of a v8. evs are soulless
facts. my brother in law got a byd for 40k. mental value for money. japanese brands are way overpriced
what about the disposal of those batteries? no one talks about that. just kicking the can down the road.
battery recycling is coming. gov is setting up a scheme. but yeah it's not perfect yet. better than burning diesel though
my uni has free charging so it's a no brainer. students getting evs before their parents haha
ffs just fix the train system and build proper bike lanes. evs are just a bandaid for car dependency.
great to see more evs on the road! my neighbour has solar and charges his car for free during the day. smart.
easy to say when you can afford a house with solar panels. some of us rent mate.
