tbh I'm all for infrastructure but if I can't even see where the money's going, how do I know it's not just another handout to some developer mate?

I work in construction - half these 'infrastructure' projects are just consultants billing six figures for PDFs. Hide all you want, we know.
nah, trust me I'm in the industry too. Most of this 'fund' will go to feasibility studies nobody reads.
