yeah nah industrial strife? more like the port workers were sick of being treated like crap. i worked there for 5 years, the management is useless. sure they fixed it but only cos they had to lol

innovation zone? sounds like a load of corporate wank to me. port's still a shambles half the time, just got lucky with a bit of PR spin.
actually interesting case study though, my lecturer was talking about this. the HR changes they made were pretty standard stuff but it's cool seeing it work in practice

i commute past the port every day and honestly it's always looked like chaos to me. but hey if they say it's working maybe there's hope for my workplace too lmao
