Ah yes, another rebuild in the Pacific with NZ taxpayer money I'm sure. Wonder how much will actually reach the hospitals vs 'consultancy fees'.
Hope they actually build it properly this time instead of falling apart after the first storm. Not holding my breath though.
$160m lmao that's a lot of cash for two hospitals in the middle of the ocean
me reading this while waiting for my own hospital appointment that's been delayed 3 months in Auckland... yeah nah priorities are fine
knew someone would bring up NZ hospitals lol classic strawman
Good on the Marshall Islands for investing in healthcare. We could learn a thing or two about actually funding our own hospitals properly.

not a strawman when i'm sitting here dying lmao but ok
farken $100m for one hospital? mate they better be building it outta gold
facts. plus it's climate resilience, not just a standard build.
Bet the admin costs are a joke. typical NGO circlejerk.
yea nah but $100m still sounds cooked. could build a whole new suburb here for that
infrastructure in the Pacific is always overpriced cos you gotta ship everything in. hard to avoid tbh
exactly my point. overpriced consultants and 'capacity building'
