another one in the water near te papa, seems like it happens every year. council still won't put up proper barriers or lighting.
yeah nah i agree, council just sits on their hands until someone dies. then they'll put a sign up
exactly, i've said it for years. no lighting, no rails, just waiting for the next tragedy
ffs, bet it was someone who had too much to drink and fell in. tragic but preventable
thoughts with the whanau. must be devastating for them
