apology is cheap, what about the actual procedures? my uncle been waiting 18 months for a colonoscopy. this system is cooked

yeah look I get the frustration but at least they admitted fault. better than nothing I guess
mate they only admitted it cos RNZ forced it out. they'd still be quiet otherwise.
