More townhouses woohoo can't wait to have zero backyard and hear my neighbours sneeze
facts. my mate's new place has walls so thin i can hear him breathe
Actually we need more housing. My kids can't afford to rent let alone buy. Something's gotta give
except it's not gonna help anyone cos they'll be 'luxury apartments' starting at 1.5mil
Council's idea of 'intensification' is just cramming more shitboxes on a postage stamp. Classic
great more apartments with paper thin walls and no parking. Auckland's just turning into a concrete jungle

Honestly I'm for it if it means more green space and better public transport. But knowing them they'll just approve anything
honestly just let us build up but do it properly. is that too much to ask
Maybe this time they'll actually build something that doesn't leak. nah who am i kidding
yeah but they'll still have to fix the roads and drains right?? right??
I live in a central suburb and this is terrifying. My street can barely handle the traffic now. ffs
this. the infrastructure is already cooked. where's the plan for that
so basically they're gonna turn Ponsonby into a giant apartment block. cool cool cool
bet the councillors don't live anywhere near these new developments lol typical
more people more problems. but also more business for us tradies so i'm conflicted
