wonder if this means my 90s leaky home will finally be worth something 😂
yeah nah get stuffed, builders already dodge enough responsibility
great, now builders can just blame someone else when the roof caves in. classic.
facts, we're the ones who actually have to fix stuff when it goes wrong
so the Greens opposed... what else is new. They'd oppose a bill to ban falling anvils.
lol cope, developers are just gonna pass the cost onto us anyway

as someone who actually works in construction, this bill is a joke. shifting liability means nobody takes responsibility anymore
mate, i've seen your work. maybe responsibility is exactly what you need
ffs another loophole for developers to cut corners
spent $50k fixing a leaky bathroom and the builder ghosted me. maybe this bill wouldve helped, maybe not. who knows anymore.
proportionate liability sounds like a fancy way of saying 'sorry, not our fault'
late night reading about building codes... really living my best life rn
lol late night politics crew represent 🙌
