farm succession is a real issue. my uncle can't give his farm away cos the kids don't want it. government needs to sort the tax out
what a load of shit. labour had 6 years to sort out rural jobs and did nothing. now they're acting like they care.
we should bring back the cadet schemes. none of this flash talk, just give kids a go and a wage.

I work in ag and we struggle to get good staff. any apprenticeship scheme worth looking at if it's actually funded properly
same. but it'll be another talkfest with no action.
succession is easy if you don't have a huge tax bill. National and Labour both useless on this.
