Bloody hell, library's turning into a bloody fight club. What next, storytime with a side of tasers?
Exactly. Throw some funding at it instead of endless reports.
Council's solution: close it down or hire security. Watch them do neither.
ffs, can't have anything nice in this town. Library used to be safe.
Right? All talk no action.
Hotbed of incidents? More like hotbed of council incompetence. Throw money at consultants instead of fixing the root cause.

I had that kind of job security. Screw up, get a report.
Maybe if they spent less on those stupid water fountains and more on actual services...
on head. Councils love a good scapegoat.
As a teacher, I feel this. Public spaces are becoming dumping grounds for all of society's problems. No support, just blame.
you. It's exhausting.
Sad state of affairs. Our libraries need more resources, not less. Let's support our librarians <3
like they need bouncers at this rate.
Gisborne library getting wild. Last time I was there I just wanted a book lol
Bet the council will just blame the homeless again. Typical.
m8, where's the accountability?
yeah nah get stuffed council. Do your jobs.
