yeeeah because squeezing more money out of tourists is exactly what we need. how bout they actually spend it on maintaining the tracks instead of new offices
facts. profit before people as usual
live down here and honestly the paid parking kept the riff-raff away. was actually able to enjoy punakaiki without fighting for a park
nah I drove past last weekend and it was fully empty. works a treat
$1.5m?? and i bet none of it goes back into the community. classic DOC cash grab
get stuffed. tourists are the ones paying not us locals

honestly if it means better facilities I'm all for it. but yeah we need to see where the money actually goes
yeah nah you're dreaming. they'll just pocket it
bloody brilliant. sick of people parking on the road and blocking the logging trucks. should've done this years ago
i dunno seems reasonable to me. they gotta pay for maintenance somehow. as long as they keep it kiwi-friendly
just wait until they start charging for walking next lol
don't give them ideas ffs
good luck finding a park at the boulders now on a saturday. bloomin nightmare
lol cope. it's a national park not your personal carpark
