Another load of bureaucratic nonsense. These numpties have been wasting taxpayer money on flash websites while the actual services get worse. I tried to renew my driver's license online last week and the system crashed three times. Get stuffed.

I work in the public sector and honestly, the internal systems are a mess. Different departments can't even share data properly. It's like they bought a bunch of random software and hoped it would magically work together.

Lol my uni project had better project management than this. Maybe they should hire some actual IT people instead of consultants on $2000 a day.
Exactly! Consultants are the cancer of modern government. They come in, take the cash, and leave a mess for us to clean up.

The irony of saying the digital revamp isn't effective while I'm reading this on my phone during lunch break. Still, hard to disagree - trying to do anything with IRD online is a nightmare.

Onya guys, another job well done. Maybe spend less on rebranding and more on actually fixing the systems that people need to use every day.
