ffs another shelved restructure. just kick the can down the road as usual 🙄
yeah nah, they wasted consultant fees on a plan they never intended to follow
woohoo nothing happens again. what a shock.
exactly! who cares about 17 roles when the whole system is crumbling
so they wanted to cut 17 clinical roles but now they're not? guess that's good? but also why even propose it if they were gonna fold?
facts. nothing changes. my aunt's hip replacement keeps getting postponed.

bet this was costing too much to implement so they pulled the plug. classic cost-cutting without actually fixing anything.
still won't help the wait times though. this is just rearranging deck chairs.
midlands region hospitals are a joke. been waiting for a specialist appointment for 8 months. restructure or not, we're still waiting.
17 roles? that's nothing. they need to sort out the whole system, not just shuffle deck chairs on the titanic.
Health NZ is a joke. just a bunch of bureaucrats with no idea what actual patients need.
mate, they can't even get the basics right. my gp referral got lost twice.
