Great, another test. Just what we need, more waiting around for results.
yeah nah you'll be waiting hours in ED for a test. still better than nothing i guess
This is awesome! Finally, people with symptoms can get tested faster. Hope it saves some lives.
bUT tHe WaItInG tImEs tho. anyway good on them for trying i suppose
oh great, hospitals handing out poop tests now. like they don't already have enough to do 💩
at least they're doing something. better than the usual 'go see your GP' that costs $50

Does this mean GPs are off the hook? Typical, offload it to the hospitals so they can say 'we're doing something'
lol imagine the paperwork. but if it saves one life it's worth it
shit yeah, literally. better than dying waiting for a GP appointment though
As someone who works in a hospital lab, this is gonna be chaos. We're already short-staffed. But I guess it's good for patients?
correct, we're already drowning. but yeah better than people dying
So if I've got a dodgy tummy, can I just rock up to the hospital and demand a test? Asking for a mate...
Why did the article need a correction? Classic RNZ, can't even get basic details right. Anyway, good initiative I hope.
finally some good news for once. lost my uncle to bowel cancer cos it was caught late. this can save lives.
sorry about your uncle mate. this gives me some hope
Just had lunch and read this... not the best timing but important news. Better to know than not know.
agree, no such thing as good timing for this news. but better late than never
