Yet another delay? How many Dreamliners have they actually taken delivery of on time? Wasting money on 'premium push' when flights are constantly delayed. Just asking questions.
Air NZ delaying planes and focusing on premium seats. Sure, just what we need - more expensive seats while economy gets worse. Classic.
facts. the only thing they're punctual about is raising prices.
Doesn't surprise me one bit. They can't even run their current schedule on time, and now they're kicking the can down the road on new planes. Punctuality starts with delivery, Greg.
they just want more money from us. premium push = higher prices for everyone. i bet the shareholders are happy though
Delayed Dreamliners AND a strategy reset? Sounds like they're making it up as they go along. Punctuality promise is a joke - flew Auckland to Wellington three times this year, late every single time.

same here! Auckland to Chch yesterday, delayed two hours. they said 'operational issues' .. what a load of shit
At least they're being honest about the delays for once. Better than pretending it's coming next month. But the premium push? Yeah nah, we all know that means cheaper economy service.
I just want my flights to leave on time. Don't care about fancy seats. Jus get me there without having to sleep at the airport again.
yep and boarding will still be a mess. premium means nothing when you can't get on the plane on time
couldn't agree more. they should focus on basics before adding frills
Premium push? More like gouge push. They've already cut legroom and meal options. Next they'll start charging for oxygen on long-haul.
Ravishankar seems like a decent bloke, been listening to feedback. Hope the premium thing works out - I'd pay a bit extra for a better experience if they actually deliver.
lol cope. premium push works for business travelers, not us plebs in economy. enjoy your free water bottle while it lasts.
stuffed with your 'listening to feedback' - he's a CEO, not your mate. This is a business, not a charity.
Lol new CEO, same old story. Delays and spin. The only premium I see is premium excuses.
exactly! new toy, same broken system
