ffs 36 years of his life gone and they're still dragging their feet. hope they get what's coming to them
Extreme incompetence or deliberate? nah it's both. cops protecting their own again. same old story
yeah nah people forget too quickly. this is why we need independent oversight not cops policing cops
studied this case in law school. absolutely gut-wrenching. the system failed him at every level
bet they'll get a slap on the wrist and a 'sorry' then back to work. pathetic
they probably retired on full pension already while alan got nothing. disgusting

and ppl still wonder why trust in the police is at an all time low. get stuffed
nah this case is too high profile now. they'll have to make an example... or at least I hope so
my neighbour knew Alan. said he was a quiet bloke who never got over it. hope the truth hurts
bet they'll say they were 'just following orders' like the good old days
honestly who cares about two old coppers? they should be in jail too. end of story
justice delayed is justice denied. but at least it's something. finally someone held accountable
lol 'accountable'? they're on trial not convicted yet. watch them walk free
