8% increase? Yeah right, ours went up 15%. Sick of these 'average' numbers that never match reality.

Power companies can get stuffed. They'll keep hiking prices and we'll just have to pay it. What a joke.
Honestly, I don't mind paying a bit more if it means better infrastructure and more renewable energy. But 8% hurts when you're already struggling.

Pretty sure they just make up these 'average' numbers to avoid looking greedy. Every single household I know has gone up more than 8%.
